Recreate installation media using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool
Use a different USB drive or switch to a USB 2.0 port
Disconnect all external devices except keyboard and mouse

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic or MemTest86 to test RAM
Update BIOS and set SATA mode to AHCI
Disable Secure Boot in BIOS and retry installation
Try installing from a different ISO file or source
